Oyun kaydı cihazında tutulur. Misafir oyunda da şehri izleyebilmen için sunucuya şunlar gider (şehir tablosunda, kupada ve herkese açık sayfalarda yalnızca Apple veya Google ile giriş yapan üyelerin şirketi görünür): rastgele üretilmiş anonim oyuncu kimliği, şirket adı, kurucu adı, sektör, net değer ve oyun istatistikleri (gün, gelir, bölüm, ekip vb.). Ad-soyad veya e-posta istenmez. Cihaz kimliği ödeme onayı ve reklam hakkı defteri içindir. Reklam kimliği (GAID / IDFA) istenmez, izleme yoktur. Kart numarası uygulamada yazılmaz. Apple veya Google ile üye olunabilir; bu durumda Apple/Google’ın doğruladığı e-posta adresin (Apple’ın gizli yönlendirme adresi de olabilir) hesap yönetimi, destek ve güvenlik için hesabınla birlikte saklanır ve hesabını silince silinir. Bu adrese izin vermedikçe e-posta gönderilmez. 13 yaş altı oyuncuların e-postası saklanmaz. Şehir sohbeti mavi tik ister; küfür, link ve reklam filtrelenir. Şirket profilin (şirket adı, kurucu, sektör, servet, sıralama, slogan ve oyun istatistikleri) oyunda herkese görünür; 13 yaşından büyüksen ve kapatmadıysan zirvegame.com/sirketler sayfasında arama motorlarının bulabileceği herkese açık bir sayfası da olur. Bu ayarı profil düzenleme ekranından istediğin an kapatabilirsin. 13 yaş altı profiller herkese açık sayfada yer almaz ve slogan yazamaz. Şehri canlı tutmak için oyunda yapay zekâ destekli şirketler ve sohbet katılımcıları da yer alır. Bildirim izni isteğe bağlıdır. Konum, rehber, fotoğraf, mikrofon toplanmaz.
Güvenlik kayıtları
Kötüye kullanımı ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için IP adresi, tarayıcı/uygulama bilgisi (user agent), cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü ve dil/bölge ayarı saklanır; en fazla 12 ay tutulur, sonra silinir. 13 yaş altı oyuncular için bu bilgiler hiç saklanmaz. Yönetici güvenlik incelemesinde bir IP adresinin yaklaşık ülkesi ipwho.is hizmetiyle sorgulanabilir.
E-posta bildirimleri
Yalnızca Apple veya Google ile hesap bağlarken açıkça izin verirsen e-posta gönderilir. Adres senden yazılı alınmaz; Apple/Google’ın doğruladığı kimlik bilgisinden alınır (Apple’ın gizli yönlendirme adresi de olabilir). Amaç: uzun süre oynamadığında hatırlatma, rakip, düello, haftalık lig ve tabelana gelen teklif gibi oyun bildirimleri. Sıklık sınırlıdır: yoklukta en fazla üç hatırlatma (yaklaşık 2., 5. ve 10. gün), iki e-posta arası en az 72 saat, önemli oyun olaylarında günde en fazla bir; yalnızca 10:00–21:00 arası. Reklam veya üçüncü taraf pazarlaması yoktur. Her e-postadaki tek tık bağlantısıyla, uygulamada ayarlardan veya [email protected] adresine yazarak çıkabilirsin. İzni geri aldığında bildirim listesinden hemen çıkarsın; hesap e-postan yalnızca hesap yönetimi için hesabın silinene kadar kalır. İzin kaydı (tarih, IP) yasal ispat için hesapla birlikte tutulur ve hesap silinince silinir. 13 yaş altı oyunculara e-posta gönderilmez.
Anlık bildirimler
Yalnızca cihazında veya tarayıcında bildirime izin verirsen, oyun duyuruları için bir bildirim jetonu Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) aracılığıyla sunucumuza kaydedilir; yanında yalnızca cihaz kimliği, platform ve dil tutulur. Ayarlar → Bildirimler kapanınca veya hesabını silince jeton sunucudan silinir. 13 yaş altı oyuncular için jeton alınmaz. Reklam veya izleme için kullanılmaz.
Amaç
Oyun işler, haklar teslim edilir, şehir bağlanır, dolandırıcılık önlenir, yasa yerine gelir. Veri satılmaz. İşleyenler: Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple), Google (Play, Sign-In, AdMob, Firebase Cloud Messaging), Creem (web ödemeleri, satıcı kaydı), ipwho.is (yalnızca yönetici IP ülke sorgusu), şehir sunucusu.
Saklama ve haklar
Kayıt cihazda kalır. Şehir sohbeti mesajları en fazla 24 ay saklanır, sonra silinir. Özel mesajları (DM) yalnızca mavi tikli şirketler gönderir; alan oyuncu okur ve cevap için mavi tik alır. Mesajlar en fazla 180 gün saklanır ve sonra silinir; şikâyet edilen mesaj ve ona ait kayıt yalnızca güvenlik incelemesi için yönetim tarafından görülür. 13 yaş altında DM kapalıdır. Hesabını silince mesajların da silinir. Güvenlik kayıtları (IP, cihaz) en fazla 12 ay. Erişim, düzeltme, silme, itiraz: uygulamada Ayarlar → Verilerimi sil; bulut kaydı, hesap bağı, şehir profili, mesajlar ve ilgili kayıtlar silinir. Çocuklar
Mağaza 12+ (sohbet ve gerçek para). Designed for Families / Kids Category yok. 13 yaş altı: sohbet ve iletişim formu kapalıdır, IP ve cihaz bilgisi saklanmaz, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterilmez; satın alma ve ara reklamları ebeveyn PIN’i ister. Aile masası 3–100 yaşa koltuk açar; mağaza yaşını düşürmez. COPPA: 13 altından bilerek kişisel veri toplanmaz.
Reklam ve çerez
Ödüllü / geçiş reklamı. AdMob reklamları kişiselleştirilmemiştir (npa=1); reklam kimliği kullanılmaz, ATT yok. Kimlik boşsa ev reklamı. Club veya mavi tik geçişi kapatır. Web’de zorunlu oturum / dil kaydı var. zirvegame.com ana sayfasında, yalnızca “Kabul et” dersen, reklam kampanyalarımızın etkisini ölçmek için Google Ads (Google Ireland / Google LLC) ölçüm çerezi yazılır; reddedersen yazılmaz ve oyun aynı çalışır. Seçimini ana sayfanın altındaki “Çerez tercihleri”nden değiştirebilirsin.
Güvenlik
HTTPS. Kart oyunda yok. ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption = NO (yalnızca taşıma).
App Privacy / Veri güvenliği: Cihaz Kimliği, Satın Alma, Kullanıcı İçeriği, Ürün Etkileşimi — bağlı değil, izleme yok, satış yok.

Privacy notice
Effective 1 Nov 2026. Controller: ZIRVE studio · [email protected]. The save stays on device. Even as a guest, so you can watch the city, the game sends the server an anonymous random player id, company name, founder name, sector, net worth and game stats; no name or email is asked. Only members signed in with Apple or Google appear on the city board, in the cup and on public pages. We do not request an advertising id. Cards are never typed in the app. Apple or Google sign-in is optional; if you use it, the email address verified by Apple/Google (an Apple private relay address is fine) is stored with your account for account management, support and security, and deleted when you delete your account. We never email it unless you opt in. No email is stored for players under 13. City chat needs the blue tick. Your company profile (company name, founder, sector, net worth, rank, slogan and game stats) is visible to everyone in the game; if you are 13 or older and have not turned it off, it also gets a public page on zirvegame.com/sirketler that search engines can find. You can turn this off any time in the profile editor. Profiles of players under 13 never get a public page and cannot set a slogan. To keep the city lively, the game also includes AI-driven companies and chat participants.
Security logs: to prevent abuse and fraud we store IP address, user agent, device model, OS version and locale for at most 12 months. None of this is stored for players under 13. During security checks an admin may look up an IP address’s approximate country via ipwho.is. City chat messages are kept at most 24 months, then deleted. Private messages (DMs) can only be sent by blue-tick companies; recipients can read them and need the blue tick to reply. They are kept at most 180 days, then deleted; a reported message and its record are seen by moderators only for a safety review. DMs are off for players under 13. Deleting your account deletes your messages.
Email notifications: sent only if you explicitly opt in when linking your Apple or Google account. We never take a typed address; it comes from the identity token verified by Apple/Google (an Apple private relay address is fine). Purpose: game notifications such as a reminder after a long absence, a close rival, a duel, the weekly league or an offer on your sign. Frequency is limited: at most three reminders while you are away (about day 2, 5 and 10), at least 72 hours between emails, at most one per day for important game events, and only between 10:00 and 21:00 (Turkey time). No ads or third-party marketing. Opt out with the one-click link in every email, in the app settings, or by writing to [email protected]. When you withdraw consent you leave the mailing list at once; your account email stays only for account management until you delete the account. The consent record (time, IP) is kept with the account as legal proof and deleted with the account. No emails are sent to players under 13.
Push notifications: only if you allow notifications on your device or browser, a notification token is registered with our server via Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) for game announcements, stored only with the device id, platform and language. Turning off Settings → Notifications or deleting your account removes it from our server. No token is collected for players under 13. Never used for ads or tracking.
We do not sell data. Processors: Apple, Google (incl. AdMob, Google Ads with your consent on the web, and Firebase Cloud Messaging), Creem (web payments, Merchant of Record), ipwho.is (admin IP country lookups only), our city host. In-app “Delete my data” deletes your cloud save, account link, city profile, messages and related logs. Signed-in: Settings → Delete account (the server refuses deletion without the session). Purchase records required by law are kept for accounting with the personal link removed. Account deletion.
Store rating 12+. Not a children’s app. Under 13: no chat, no contact form, no IP or device data stored, no personalized ads; purchases and break ads require the parent PIN. COPPA: we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Ads are non-personalized AdMob ads (npa=1); no advertising id, no ATT / IDFA / GAID. On the web, only essential session and language storage is used, plus, on the zirvegame.com home page and only if you tap “Accept”, a Google Ads (Google Ireland / Google LLC) measurement cookie to measure our ad campaigns. If you decline, it is not set and the game works the same. You can change your choice under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the home page. HTTPS only. Labels: Device ID, Purchases, User Content, Product Interaction — not linked, no tracking, no sale.
Export: [email protected] (30 days). KVKK / GDPR / CCPA: no sale. In-app privacy governs if the public page is down.
