Ayarlar → Verilerimi sil (üyelikte Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil). Bulut kaydı, hesap bağı, şehir profili, sohbet mesajların ve ilgili kayıtlar (IP, cihaz bilgisi) sunucudan silinir. Sunucu oturum olmadan silmez. Misafir kaydı: Ayarlar → Yerel veriyi sil. Yasal zorunluluk gereği satın alma kayıtları muhasebe için kişisel bağı kaldırılarak saklanır.

Uygulamaya giremiyorsan [email protected] adresine üye olduğun sağlayıcıyı (Apple/Google) yaz. Kimlik doğrulanınca bulut kayıt 30 gün içinde silinir. Mağaza iadesi ayrıdır; satın alma geçmişi Apple / Google’da kalabilir.

Delete account
In the app: Settings → Delete my data (signed-in: Settings → Account → Delete account). This deletes your cloud save, account link, city profile, chat messages and related logs (IP, device data) from our servers. The server refuses deletion without the session. Guest save: Settings → Delete local data. Purchase records required by law are kept for accounting with the personal link removed.
If you cannot open the app, email [email protected] with your provider (Apple/Google). After we confirm you, the cloud save is deleted within 30 days. Store refunds are separate.
